The studio space includes a king bed with a private ground-level entrance, designed for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the private pool just outside the studio, along with bikes for rides to the beach and into Duck for dining and shopping.

The studio space includes a kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee bar w/tea kettle and your own laundry room, all stocked with the essentials you'll need during your stay. Please note that while the studio includes a kitchenette, it does not have a full kitchen or stove.

Additionally, we provide fresh linens, paper products, travel size soap, shampoo/conditioner, towels for bathing and towels for the pool.

The neighborhood is lovely and a beautiful place to catch the sunset or walk to the beach.

Guests will access the studio from the ground-level private entrance. Guests will also have exclusive use of the private pool & patio area, just steps from the studio in the backyard area of the property.

Parking passes are provided for a nearby oceanfront lot, located approximately 0.5 miles away, offering convenient beach access.

The studio is located on the ground level of our home with a private entrance and dedicated guest space. Guest areas, including the pool and laundry room, are reserved for your use while you’re here and will not be shared with us or with others. We live upstairs, so you may see us come and go, but we aim to give guests complete privacy during their stay.

You may occasionally see our friendly dog around the property, but we’ll keep her with us during your stay and she won’t access areas reserved for you. She may announce herself at first, but she’s very gentle and just looking for a little attention.
