As a locally focused, husband-and-wife team, we take a hands-on, personalized approach to both property care and guest experiences.

We provide full-service property management for short-term vacation rentals in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, with a focus on exceptional service, beautifully maintained homes and thoughtfully designed guest stays, while maximizing performance for owners.  Our goal is simple: to create a level of consistency and quality that guests can trust and return to year after year.

Our properties in Carova are set along miles of shoreline where beach driving, ocean breezes, and the iconic wild horses create a one-of-a-kind setting, our homes offer an authentic and truly unique experience. We've recently added a studio stay in Southern Shores, which offers a single or couples getaway, minutes from the beach and the quaint beach town of Duck.
