We provide full-service property management for short-term vacation rentals in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, with a focus on exceptional service, beautifully maintained homes and thoughtfully designed guest stays, while maximizing performance for owners. Our goal is simple: to create a level of consistency and quality that guests can trust and return to year after year.
Our properties in Carova are set along miles of shoreline where beach driving, ocean breezes, and the iconic wild horses create a one-of-a-kind setting, our homes offer an authentic and truly unique experience. We've recently added properties in Southern Shores, just minutes from the beach and close to the Town of Duck.

We had a wonderful week at Splash of Lime. The house was beautiful and had everything you could think of. The porch was amazing for morning coffee, the hot tub was great for cool evenings and the 2 grills and setup downstairs was a great bonus! The horses visited the house a couple of days, too! It’s a beautiful place to walk around and an easy 2 blocks from beach. We took walks around Carova every morning and drove out to beach each afternoon. The house was, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable, and stocked with everything we could think of! We are already planning to return. Thank you for a wonderful week!
Our stay in Corolla Beach was absolutely incredible. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing the wild horses every single day! it made the experience feel truly unique and unforgettable. Being so close to nature while still enjoying such a well-kept home was the perfect combination.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re considering staying here, I highly recommend it we would definitely come back!
This is the nicest air bnb we have stayed in! This studio was perfect for our family’s first vacation with a baby and pup. The studio was so clean and well decorated, it had everything you need for beach vacation, and was a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool in the backyard was great as well. Would definitely stay here again!
