Cool Change is getting a fresh new look for the 2027 season! We're making thoughtful updates throughout the home, and updated photography will be added as the improvements are completed. We look forward to sharing the refreshed spaces with you soon!

UPPER LEVEL

Spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and comfortable seating, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area for gathering and shared meals, and a coffee and wine bar. The Ship's Watch offers beautiful ocean views, while furnished sun decks provide additional space to relax. Two separate bathroom areas include a powder room and a bathing area with a bathtub and toilet.

MID LEVEL

King bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, an additional king bedroom, and two queen bedrooms. A full hallway bathroom is shared by three bedrooms. This level also includes a washer and dryer and access to outdoor decks.

GROUND LEVEL

Queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. The twin-over-twin bunk bedroom has access to the queen ensuite bathroom or the mid-level hallway bathroom. An additional full-size refrigerator is also available on this level.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Private seasonal swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, basketball goal, and furnished decks with outdoor seating. Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street.

OCEAN SANDS COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Complimentary community tennis and pickleball courts, a 7-acre freshwater lake for fishing and non-motorized kayaking, the Corolla Greenway for walking, jogging, and cycling, and neighborhood gazebo and covered picnic areas.


Guests have private access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, furnished decks, private seasonal pool, and hot tub.

Keyless entry allows for convenient self-check-in. On-site parking is available, with beach access directly across the street.

PARKING & COMMUNITY

There's plenty of room to settle in, with driveway parking for approximately 4–5 vehicles. Ocean Sands is a residential community, so we ask guests to respect the neighborhood guidelines, including keeping vehicles in the driveway rather than parking along the streets. Golf carts, RVs, campers, trailers, ATVs, and motorized scooters or buggies are not permitted within the community.

POOL & HOT TUB

Spend sunny afternoons lounging by your private pool or unwind in the hot tub after a day at the beach! The pool is typically open from early May through early October, depending on weather conditions. Optional pool heating is available for $300 during pool season, with heating performance dependent on outdoor temperatures. The hot tub is available year-round.

YOUR STAY

Cool Change comfortably welcomes up to 12 registered guests, including children. The primary renter must be at least 28 years old and remain at the property throughout the stay.

To help preserve the home and its welcoming atmosphere, Cool Change is a non-smoking, pet-free property and is not available for weddings, parties, or events.

ARRIVAL & ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Enjoy an easy arrival with convenient keyless entry. An exterior security camera is located near the entrance.

During the primary rental season, Cool Change welcomes guests for Saturday-to-Saturday weekly stays. Off-season stays are welcome at a 4-night minimum, January through mid-May and October through December.
