MAIN LEVEL

Step into the inviting living area, where comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, expansive windows, and beautiful sound views create the perfect space to gather with family and friends.

The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop, double ovens, and a spacious refrigerator, making everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners a breeze. Just beyond the kitchen and dining area, the charming sunroom offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, a good book, or watching coastal birds and wildlife.

This level also features a queen bedroom, a king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, and a convenient half bath.

The finished room over the garage (FROG) offers an additional space to unwind, complete with a foosball table, games, workspace, and mini-fridge. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on this level.

SECOND LEVEL

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom, along with a queen bedroom and a bedroom featuring two twin beds. The queen and twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outdoor living is one of the highlights of Casa del Sol. Gather on the spacious main deck, complete with comfortable seating, outdoor speakers, and a gas fire pit, while taking in the gorgeous Currituck Sound views.

Downstairs, the private pool and surrounding deck invite you to spend sunny afternoons lounging, dining outdoors, or simply enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting. As evening approaches, settle in for spectacular sunsets over the sound.

OCCUPANCY

Casa del Sol comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, including children. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old and remain at the home throughout the stay. To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, only registered guests are permitted on the property.

RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN

During the summer rental season, Casa del Sol welcomes guests for Sunday-to-Sunday weekly stays.

PARKING

Driveway parking is provided for guests. In accordance with community guidelines, street parking is not permitted.

PETS

While we love our four-legged friends, Casa del Sol is a pet-free home. We appreciate your understanding.

SMOKING & VAPING

To maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.

PARTIES & EVENTS

Casa del Sol is designed for relaxing vacations with family and friends. Parties, weddings, and organized events are not permitted.

SEASONAL AMENITIES

The private pool is typically open May through September, weather permitting. The outdoor fire pit is also a seasonal amenity, with availability dependent on weather conditions and seasonal operations.
